The mission of CAPSBOLD was both complex and challenging: within just 4 months, we needed to attract thousands of attendees to the Reflect Festival, boost brand awareness in the EMEA region, and reinforce the festival's image as a leading tech event. We had to find innovative creative solutions to enhance Reflect's brand image while focusing on performance to deliver strong sales and conversion results. Our team started with a deep market analysis, brainstormed creative ideas based on research findings, and launched a complex, effective campaign across multiple channels to ensure the success!

Reflect Festival is the region's biggest event for the key tech & innovation players. It's a melting pot of entrepreneurs, investors and decision-makers within a 3-hour radius of Cyprus. Every year, the doers of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa unite at the crossroads - Limassol's coast - to brainstorm ideas, forge new connections and strengthen collaboration within the region. Reflect 2024 hosted 10,000+ attendees, 400+ startups, 150+ speakers and 250+ investors during May 30-31.
