Our challenge was to implement the client’s comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring strong visibility and attracting attendees to the BEONIX Music Festival during its first launch in 2022. Since then, working closely with the festival team year after year, our focus has evolved toward digital performance marketing — consistently generating high-quality website traffic and delivering outstanding ticket sales growth.

The first iteration of BEONIX’s brand identity was developed, including a colour palette, typography, graphic elements, and a signature mascot that became a standout, memorable festival symbol.

Designs were created for a full range of promotional materials to launch the festival, including flyers, posters, flags, billboards, advertising panels, bus branding, and LED screen ads at prime locations such as Larnaca Airport and the Cyprus Mall.

PR

A comprehensive PR strategy was implemented, featuring radio ads on high-traffic stations in Greece and Cyprus, which successfully raised awareness of the festival at its launch.

Digital

We run numerous ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta worldwide, supporting creative development, applying A/B testing and different budget allocation strategies to ensure continuous website traffic and strong ticket sales for the festival.

PPC

Social

At launch, the festival’s social media accounts were built from scratch, with content created and managed to engage the audience. In their first year, the accounts generated 30,000 likes on posts and 2 million views on stories across platforms.
